In a mixing glass, add @olives{3-4%olives} or @olive brine{1/2%oz}, a pinch of Arctic thyme salt by @saltverk, and freshly cracked black pepper. Add @dry vermouth{3/4%oz} (try @drinksbyevie) and @fourpillarsgin olive leaf gin{3%oz}. Muddle the olives gently to release their flavor, then add ice and stir until thoroughly chilled.

Double strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with a drizzle of @getgraza olive oil and a final fresh crack of black pepper on top.
